We are looking for a result-driven technical team leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a cross-functional team of developers with the focus on mobile app, web and cloud technologies, but also contributing to the development of the existing projects, together with the team.
You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to inspire the team to perform at their optimum. You should create a cohesive team that works efficiently together with our different global teams to maximize the team's potential.
As a top-notch team leader, you should display excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with customers, be goal-driven, and manage the day-to-day activities of the team efficiently. You communicate company goals, best practices, and deadlines to the team, motivates team members and assesses performance. You support provides help to our management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on the team’s performance.

Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Support our software experts to design and build modern and state-of-the-art agile and test-driven software development processes. Implement such processes in our development teams.
Support our project management to provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
Provide disciplinary leadership to our local development team and contribute to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Coordinate and overview our development processes for mobile apps, web and cloud development and UI/UX design.
Coordinates with other team leaders on a global level and brings our development teams together.
Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team and organizational goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
Assist management with hiring processes and new team member training.
Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
Communicate deadlines and department goals to team members.
Develop strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals.
Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
Generate and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
