- Project operation with IPT/CFT
- Customer project management as Front End with HKMC (R&D, Purchasing, Plants)
- Lead quotation activity including MLC20 with local Hyundai counter parts.
- Manage customer process deliverables
- Continuous customer coordination/negotiation of customer milestones and development deviations
Leads the Integrated Project Team (IPT) and Plant
team (CFT) as the primary internal and external interface
for the projects
- Leads prototype forecast and order for relevant
samples
- Leads Change Management
- Leads regular customer project review meeting
- Reporting to local Head of PM and Global Head of PM

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic
engineering
- More than 8 years of experience in automotive industry
and PM experiences preferred
- Knowledge and experience in project management and
Change/Problem resolution management
- Work experience with Brake System preferred
- Responsibility and Proactiveness
- Good level of communication and negotiation skill
- Good English communication skill with collaboration

- Fluent Korean speaking required
