- Professional project management/handling of international and multidisciplinary client projects with focus on finance as well as special projects and tasks
- Analyzing the portfolio elements and framework conditions and operational areas (business and service models and process structures) during the project commitment
- Preparing and coordinating solution scenarios in close cooperation with the project stakeholders and presenting decision documents to the customer's management team
- Support of CBC change management activities
- Preparation of presentations, studies, benchmarks, decision documents for top management
- Active contribution of technical and methodological knowledge for the successful implementation of complex projects
- Academic degree in business administration, economics or comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in a management consulting firm or Tier1 automotive company, particularly in financial management with several years of experience in one role
- Multiple years of overall work experience
- Experience in business planning
- Ability to extract performance metrics from corporate-, finance- and operating systems
- Experience with functional responsibility for employees as well as strong Human Relations and communication skills (team skills, conflict management, open-mindedness and networking)
- Very good knowledge of problem solving methods, tools and delivering results in keeping with business acumen
- Familiarity with strategy development, innovation concepts, processes and change management
- Business fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken)
- Proactive, persuasive, self-motivated personality with a strong commitment to team work and high intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel
