We support our customers in refocusing business activities and organizational structures, process optimizations and the introduction of IT solutions. Establishing ourselves as a trusted business partner has resulted in a constantly growing breadth and depth of projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated (Associate) Consultant (f/m/diverse) with focus on Safety and Security Management to strengthen our Market, Innovation & Development team.

Your tasks
1. Independent work package and sub-project responsibility in consulting projects worldwide
2. Definition or adaption of the product development and organizational processes to ensure compliance with industry norms and regulations
3. Support in preparation of professional, high quality management consulting solutions and presentations in engineering performance management
4. Personal initiative, taking ownership and value creation also concerning the business development of Continental Business Consulting (e.g., support of project quotations)

Our requirements
1. University degree preferably in Engineering or Business management, additional qualification like PhD or MBA desirable
2. Proactive, highly motivated personality with team player attitude and customer-oriented behavior
3. Structured and method-based way of working to solve complex problems with strong visualization skills
4. Relevant professional experiences, preferably in engineering/ quality departments or consultancies
5. Knowledge about (automotive) product development processes
6. Knowledge about lean and agile organization concept
7. Willingness to explore automotive cybersecurity and functional safety
8. Professional and efficient handling of Microsoft Office applications
9. Good communication, moderation, and presentation skills in English
