The Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Specialist works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition and HR leadership to implement regional talent acquisition strategies and processes for the US and Canada. This role executes branding and attraction activities for the region in alignment with the global strategy and partners with the Marketing & Communications team to support employer branding concepts, messaging and taglines used to attract top talent.

• Act as the talent attraction and employer branding contact representing Vitesco Technologies activities for the US and Canada in alignment with the global strategy.
• Interacts with Talent Acquisition and location HR to determine the best channel source to post jobs and/or support targeted campaigns
• Partners with Marketing team to execute employer branding concepts, messaging and taglines to attract top talent regionally.
• Works with Business Units to build integrated campaigns and raise awareness of Vitesco Technologies as an Employer of Choice
• Coordination and point of contact for all job boards and social media platforms.
• Manage the vendor relationships with job distribution channels boards in the Americas
• Proactively monitors social network activity including employer review sites and creates summaries that identifies trends and priorities that impact candidate and employee experience
• Ensures regional, consistent, differentiated “voice” across all Vitesco Technologies approved recruiting communities – from LinkedIn, Twitter job postings and more
• Conducts research into the latest techniques, tools, partnerships and practices for recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding, gathers market intelligence and make recommendations
• Administers the recruitment material request and chargeback to locations
• Supports execution of Vitesco Technologies’ Employer Branding events – planning, coordination of activities with HR teams Prepare Talent Attraction / Employer Branding presentations
• Monitor the inbox for recruitment material requests or job fair notifications to be tracked on our recruitment event calendar
• Track and document Talent Attraction budget spend to ensure we stay on track and on budget
• Primary contact with Vitesco Technologies’ strategic D&I partners
• Support with the data collection of D&I Survey responses

Job Requirements
• 2 plus years of talent, attraction, employer branding or recruitment marketing experience, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment
• Experience working data and analytics
• Experience in Digital Communications
• Experience in marketing is an asset
• University degree or college diploma in Human Resources or related experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Experience and familiarity with social media channels
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Effective and efficient time management skills
• Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time
