Your tasks in particular:

  • Independent work package and sub-project responsibility in (inter-)national customer projects
  • Development of innovative solutions and measures in the areas strategy, reorganization and operational excellence
  • Detection and analysis of complex interrelations and challenges as well as derivation of convincing concepts
  • Continuous extension and specialization of the competencies in the automotive industry and regarding future-oriented technologies
  • Contributions to the project success based on quality, efficiency, methodology and precise communication
  • Development of professional, high quality presentations
  • Self-confident behavior and independent acting in an interdisciplinary and international environment
  • Personal initiative and value creation in internal projects concerning the business development of Continental Business Consulting

  • Academic degree preferably in Business/Economics or (Industrial) Engineering
  • Relevant internships, preferably in renowned consultancies as well as further cross-industry internships and extra-curricular commitment
  • Basic knowledge in the automotive sector regarding development, production, technologies, processes and systems and affinity for future-oriented technologies
  • Professional and efficient handling of Microsoft Office applications
  • Distinct communication, moderation and presentation skills in German and English
  • Advanced abilities in the analysis, structuring and solution of complex organizational and procedural challenges
  • Problem solving competencies and a structured working method based on relevant tools and methodologies
  • Convincing behavior combined with distinct social competencies
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
