As Data Scientist your core responsibilities will be:
  • Shape Continental’s worldwide Workforce Analytics and HR Data strategy of +230k employees;
  • Design and implement analytical solutions with regard to strategic HR topics in close collaboration with Business, HR, Data Analysts, Data Engineers and IT
  • Consult Data Analysts and HR representatives in identifying analytical use cases and interpreting results;
  • Support of the HR knowledge acquisition in the field of Big Data & Advanced Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge in advanced analytics methods (e. g. data mining, predictive analytics, machine learning), statistical tools (e. g. KNIME, RStudio, SAS, Matlab), and object-oriented programming languages (e. g. Java, Python, R);
  • Practical experience in the above-mentioned areas;
  • Basic Knowledge in SQL required;
  • Knowledge in NoSQL Databases of advantage;
  • Practical experience with analytical visualization tools (e. g. Tableau, Qlik) of advantage;
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken);
  • Communication skills and capability to present technological concepts coherently ;
  • University degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics or comparable qualification.
